A cheap and simple option would be to fly via Ryan Air directly from Standsted airport, England to Brittany's Dinard airport. (See www.ryanair.com) From Dinard you can take the bus to Saint Malo, then the local train to Dol de Bretagne.
If you are travelling via Paris, you can take the train from Paris to Rennes, and then the local train to Dol de Bretagne.
Alternatively, you can rent a car at any of the airports. It is approximately a four hour drive from Paris or a half an hour drive from Dinard.
