Horses and riding
|
We offer a range of rides to suite everyone: from shorter two-hour hacks, to full day hacks,
to others that may last several days. We always ride in small groups so the rides are personal and friendly.
The shorter rides take us through the countryside towards the coast, where we can lunch on locally harvested mussels and
quench our thirst with fresh local cider. Alternatively, we may head inland over fields, through woods and across streams, to reach
our destination of a mediaeval castle where we stop for lunch.
On the longer rides we go even further afield. Again we can either head towards the coastal region this time crossing the long, white, sandy beaches
reaching the picturesque town of Saint Malo, or on to one of France's most famous sights,
the abbey of Mont Saint Michelle.
The inland routes take us through
the beautiful countryside, along cart tracks and winding lanes, through thickets and woods and across green fields - an experience of it's own.
Along the way we stop for refreshments in local village bars and restaurants, and sample many of the French culinary delights.
Accomodation for the night is pre-booked for our comfort in small, friendly hostels.
The rides are truely pleasureable experiences!
